I am not the type who easy believes in advertising tricks, and my mind was well-aware of how many times I would have gone through before I could find the right one for me. Yet, thank God, I have to say, for offering me The SuperHero Workout in the first place. Owing to this powerful and effective program, my life has turned upside down. You will never regret spending any single buck on it! And the question “How did the product save my marriage?” will be left unanswered for you.
So what is The Superhero Workout? Well, the name says it already! This 12-week training program, designed by John Romaniello, aims to burn off your fat, build your muscles and keep you in good shape later on, as long as you are still on the track set by the founder. Specifically, the training focuses on your whole body recomposition to make simultaneous adjustments to the factors that determine the whole figure construction: lean body mass and fat mass. This is such a sophisticated product (please do not interpret it as “complicated”), since it is systematically planned and presented in the enclosed manual, even though it requires a lot of time and effort to experience all phases.
When the very first pages open, before your eyes lines a discussion of movie super heroes and why you should be one with this workout! Nah, the strategy does not reach up to my expectation, as stated earlier, I am not easily tricked! Thus, I highly recommend you should go straight to the main content, and that’s more worth your time reading. The Superhero Workout is comprised of 4 phases, each of which fluctuates between 2 and 4 weeks and is desinged to emphasize on a different aim: strength, endurance, hypertrophy, and overall athleticism. By the way, you are also forewarned that it is not a good choice to leave it there after 12 weeks and wish everything remains the same ever after. In lieu, you are encouraged to keep the progress on.
During Phase One, you are going to lose fat and gain some muscle. The very first 3-week period offers you a chance to challengingly build a strong base of strength and power. Workouts Two and Four are set up to make you produce force quickly (as “power” is defined herein), whereas workouts One and Three work on the other. You will be training 3x/week, with at least a day of rest in between each. To allow for optimal recovery and variety of stimulus, you’ll rotate 4 workouts over the 3-day schedule–so during the first week, you are required to perform two strength workouts and one complex; the second week, two complexes and a single heavy strength workout. At this 2-week stage, you are required to do unilateral exercises (that use one leg or one arm at a time) to stablize hip and shoulder complexes and get rid of weakness from muscle imbalances, and plyometrics (specifically in the lower body) for muscles to build up explosive power while the entire system is under fatigue. Beware that since the routines in Phase Two are quick, it will soon exhausts you. So don’t be fooled!
